My Observation and Comments
Here is my opinion about ProForm 10.0 CE: Currently, the ProForm 10.0 CE Elliptical Trainer is on sale in price range of $500 to $600. Although the ergonomics and noise level are a bit disappointing, this elliptical is still one of the better elliptical trainers on the market for under $600 on sale. ProForm 10.0 CE Elliptical Trainer is an upgrade on Proform’s very popular 10.0 ZE model that has excellent reviews, so you should expect the Pro-Form 10.0 CE to be a big seller for ProForm.
ProForm 10.0 CE Elliptical Trainer – Pros
- The majority of elliptical trainers and especially those priced under $800 don’t usually offer 5 strides but with ProForm 10.0 CE this is exactly what you’ll be getting. It features adjustable strides ranging from 16” to 20”.
- Pro-Form 10.0 CE generously offers 18 built-in workout programs and 6 of those are designed especially for people that want to lose weight
- Recently we saw some vendors reducing the price of ProForm 10.0 CE, so if you catch it on sale, $599 or even $530 is not out of the question.
- If you find it on sale and you may be willing to invest additional $100 for an iFit Live, and by that you will get an elliptical trainer comparable in features to many high-end $1000+ ellipticals for less than $650.
ProForm 10.0 CE Elliptical Trainer – Cons
- We wanted to see a higher weight capacity for ProForm 10.0 CE, but Proform suggests users only up to 275 lb. should use it
- Not a major thing, but Pro-Form 10.0 CE Elliptical doesn’t have incline/ramp option
Conclusion for ProForm 10.0 CE Elliptical Trainer
It’s no Precore, but considering the price, ProForm 10.0 CE Elliptical Trainer is probably one of the best values out there. This elliptical has got the features that really matter. It’s relatively easy to assemble, and it is built to perform well. If you’re looking for an elliptical in a $550 price range, you can’t go wrong with the ProForm 10.0 CE Elliptical Trainer.
